There have been several impediments to access to justice in Burma. There are different approaches that can be taken to seek justice. As important as prosecuting perpetrators of violations is, enabling survivors to access reparations is essential for seeking justice. On this website, the Justice Resource Center compiles a collection of relevant justice-seeking materials developed by international and local justice experts with the goal of providing an easily accessible online platform for like-minded individuals and justice practitioners. Transitional justice training manuals, policy papers, books and research, multimedia, and news are among the materials available. This website is not owned by any one person or organization; rather, it is the result of the collaborative efforts of Transitional Justice actors.
